A Word From Our Managing Director: Peter McLennan

 

"Welcome to a new initiative on our website. It is our intention to make this site as easy to navigate and as informative as possible. If you are a regular visitor, you will have noticed that there has been some changes recently and this is all part of our endeavour to improve our service offering to our valued customers.  

2009 / 2010 update. With the closing off of the financial year we can reflect on what has been a difficult year for many companies associated with our industry. The downturn in the economy meant that projects have been modified, postponed or shelved entirely. Changes are still happening to the face of the water industry regarding water supply and delivery. In addition ongoing introduction of new methods and technologies means that projects can be delivered using very different methods.  

AllFlow has experienced some slowing of the market, but changes to our business model has allowed us to emerge from 2009/10 in a stable position. The opening of our Townsville branch in May is a significant step on the road to providing better customer access to products where they are needed and I anticipate this branch will be an important part of business going forward.  

The outlook for this year 2010/11 is one of subdued optimism. I can already see movement again within the industry so barring any economic glitches, I believe we can strengthen our position in our markets.   We founded AllFlow on the assumption that the market needs easily obtainable good quality products. This is still our core focus. If you feel we have let you down, or if you have any recommendations for improvement, I would be most happy to hear them.
